Great work and great price.

We had roof damage from a storm that included leaking in a limited area. They came out with a drone and IR cameras to detect other roof damage, identified the areas of concern, worked with us every step of the way with the insurance adjuster and got the entirety of the damage covered and repaired. Very professional and polite, and very quick to respond to questions and concerns. Work was done quickly and we are very pleased with the result.

Bob Porto was most helpful in letting me know all the costs involved how my insurance claim and payments wud b used. How the adjuster amounts differed from the actual contractor costs. The crew that were used was friendly and effecient. They completed the work in a timely and complete manner. Upon completion a wind storm blew some shingle up. There was repair completed within two days. Bob also had provided a interior paint and wall repair individual that did a most commendable job. Highly recommend

Our kitchen ceiling was peeling, so we asked Bob to check the roof for a leak. Between his thermal imaging equipment and his drone he soon let us know that 1) there was no water leak but that 2) there was a great deal of wind damage. We contacted our insurance company and soon had a new roof. Bob stayed in contact with us and with the insurance company and everyone ended up in agreement as to the cost of the work provided. We are very pleased and would recommend Pinnacle Roofing to anyone.

They did a good job for a roofing company. Mr. Porto is an honest man.

He replaced my roof, we went through several obstacle's including the insurance company not offering enough of a payout and he went back and forth with them to get the payout we needed and got it resolved. It was done beautifully. I'm in better shape now in my house than I ever have been.

Mr. Porto was extremely helpful throughout the entire project, from the time he reached out to me on 10/15/16 during his Saturday morning stroll with his wife, until the roofer finished the job on Wednesday evening, 10/19/16. He listened to my dilemma and was empathic to my issue. Mr. Porto's schedule was tight but he assured me that he would do what he could to relieve me of my situation. HE DID JUST THAT!!! His roofer Mauricio was very courteous, friendly. He fixed the roof and explained the issue very clearly. He made sure he cleaned up and even helped my husband put the leftover materials back in the garage. I am extremely satisfied with their work, and would not hesitate to recommend them, or to choose them again for any type of home repair that they handle.

I hired him once before quite a while back to do some work on the roof and he did a quality job, quick and efficient. I now needed to reach out to him again for a roof leak that needed to be detected. At a minimum I would give him a five star rating. He has done work for me and was able to come out and diagnose the leak with a high tech machine that was able to detect the area. He is very quick to respond and does quality work. He is wonderful and I refer him to all my family and friends.

His crews, including roofing, sheet rock repair, painting and cleanup, were efficient and meticulous in their work. Mr. Porto, Was very honest and open about our roofing. His crew was on the job when he said they would be and finished up on time. We are very pleased with our new roof and turbo. We would use Mr. Porto again.

If you need a new roof, Bob's your man. He kept me informed every step of the way. Once we determined there was hail damage, he was with me when the insurance adjuster came to inspect the roof. I wanted the new roof as quickly as possible because we've had so much rain - I didn't want to risk damage to the structure - and he didn't let me down. The roof replacement was scheduled quickly and his crew did it in a day. He even helped me get a $250 rebate (GAF'S Roofs for Troops). He made the entire process about as trouble-free as a home improvement process can be. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who needs roofing repair or replacement. He's not only quick, but the quality of the work is unparalleled.

He also provided excellent follow through on a very minor roof vent configuration from a home inspection. Even though the existing new vent was properly installed he went back and replaced it with another. And it was right after a Holiday weekend. He definitely cares about customer satisfaction.
