My job was difficult to say the least installing a ceiling fan on a two story high living room that required Scaffolding 3 levels high and a step ladder on top of that. It was scary and nerve wracking to see him up so high and nervous he would fall and get hurt. It didn’t seem to bother him at all. He was so professional and courteous. I would highly recommend him! "They were a great price but did not know how to properly remove the asbestos by testing and treating it. They removed the popcorn ceilings very well and were clean but again did not test the air (I had someone else come by to check and there was quite a bit of toxins left in the air unfortunately)"

You don’t have to pressure wash your deck before painting. However, you must clean the deck, and pressure washing is one of the most efficient methods. Pressure washing quickly removes flaked paint, wood fibers, and embedded dirt. It also gets much deeper into the wood surface than manually scrubbing the deck—and the cleaner the deck, the better the paint can adhere. Ensure the wood is fully dry before applying paint.

You should not use a pressure washer on any surface that it might damage. Examples include shingled roofs, glass, electrical components, and anything with a seal that might be stripped away by the pressure. There are a variety of different uses for a pressure washer. They're ideal for driveways, patios, garage floors, vehicles, fencing, gutters, and paint stripping.

Costs depend on fabric type, drape size, cleaning method, and whether additional services like pressing or deodorizing are included.

The amount of pressure required to wash your siding depends on the material. Vinyl siding, as well as brick and stone exteriors, can handle high pressure of 2,500 to 3,000 psi, especially if you’re not worried about damaging paint. Wood and aluminum siding needs a gentler approach and shouldn’t face more than 1,500 psi.

Brick takes longer to dry than less porous materials like concrete. If you are waiting to spot clean, a full day of mild weather should do the trick. If you are waiting to paint or apply a finish or sealant, give it three to four days to ensure the brick is absolutely dry as a bone. You don’t want any residual moisture whatsoever before laying down paint or sealant.
