When I called him with questions about how the waterproofing worked, he stopped the entire job and brought me up on the roof to show me how the special roof brackets keep things from leaking.  We have just received our first electric bill and it was significantly lower than the same bill last year. "They came in and did a very detailed job from start to finish. They took their time making sure to understand our older house & just how our particular system/duct work was set up. We were impressed at how careful they were to keep the whole process as clean as possible. We've had our system cleaned in the past by a different company & had to have them come back when we noticed they had missed certain ducts. Exterior Metals was different experience though, even detailed to the point of throughly cleaning & inspecting each grill in the house. We will keep their card & have them come back yearly to keep our system & house air as clean as possible.
