The fall leave collection prices. $595.00 for the Fall season 2014. 1.Roof clean of leaves 2. No bags or leaves left on property 3.Weekly services 4.Services run from 1 October-3 Jan Leaves that fall directly into the street need to be picked up, to keep storm drains from backing up, asphalt from aging too quickly and bicyclists and pedestrians from slipping, on your property. The goal of the Kavion's Lawn Vacuum Services is to remove leaves from city streets during leaf season for traffic safety and water quality protection. The leaf removal service area includes streets that have high concentrations of mature street trees, where fallen leaves can clog catch basins, cause street flooding, and create slippery road conditions that can be hazardous to the traveling public. Streets in the leaf removal service area need a higher level of service than the city's regular street cleaning operation. It fails to keep streets safe. Customers in the leaf removal service area benefit from leaf removal from the directly adjacent street areas and the street grids that provides access to their neighborhood street. For these reasons, the leaf removal service will collect any leaves, including yard leaves that are in the street or piled on the street between the curbs in the leaf removal service area. The fall leaf removal program begins in early November and runs through 3 January. The program will provides leaf collection services to approximately 30,000 customer residences or businesses located in the leaf removal service area.

Lawn Fertilization and Treatment questions, answered by experts

Bermuda grass may be drought-resistant, but it still needs to be watered once or twice a week. The suggested amount of water Bermuda grass needs varies from season to season. Bermuda grass needs about 1 inch of water a week in summer, fall, and winter; it needs up to ¾ inch in spring.

The best fertilizer for early spring is an organic slow-release fertilizer that sets up your lawn for continued good health and vigorous growth throughout the whole growing season. If your lawn is particularly neglected or has specific issues, you may need an application of quick-release fertilizer alongside a slow-release one for an immediate boost.

Many gardeners charge an hourly rate for their services, and your total cost will depend on the amount of services and the experience of the gardener. Gardeners with basic experience charge between $20 and $30 per hour, while a more experienced gardener can charge as much as $60 to $88 per hour.

The cost of lawn mowing is about $125, which you might need on a weekly or biweekly basis. However, the cost of soil testing averages about $1,450, which should only be done every three to five years.

The decision of whether or not to let moss grow in your yard depends on your preference. Moss is a lower-maintenance alternative to grass that looks green and lush but doesn’t require irrigation, fertilization, or mowing. Unlike grass, moss doesn’t attract pests, so it can keep your yard free from bugs as well. However, moss won’t stand up to heavy foot traffic as well as turfgrass.

Yes, in most cases, grass will return after your dog urinates on it. But without preventative measures, there’s always a chance your dog will pee on the grass again, leading to brown patches come summer. This aside, even if your grass is dead in patches, simply reseeding the dead spots should help restore your lawn.

If you choose not to reseed your lawn, unaffected grass surrounding the dead patches will spread over any dead spots. But be prepared for this option to take longer—you likely won’t be able to grow grass fast.
