TNT is well known for providing the best lawn treatment and service in the state of Arkansas. We use only the best chemicals along with custom fertilizer specifically designed for our region to ensure a thick and healthy lawn throughout the entire year. We offer several payment options. The most popular being online bill pay. Your balance can be split up into monthly installments for customers on a budget. You can also pay over the phone with card or mail in a check. We offer Military discounts and pre-pay discounts as well.

"They did "OK" the first few times. The last time they were at my house, the worker burned yellow holes the size of mattresses into my yard, sprayed 2 of my trees with weed killer- killed one completely. The management was RUDE. They eventually replaced ONE of my trees, but replaced it with a sick, over rooted plant that makes Charlie Brown's tree look good. Management told me that "I have to protect my business". I will NEVER do business with them again. I was never late with a payment. I finished paying for the tree killing service and fired them. I have a no contact order against the company on my property because the manager was so mean to me. (I am a grandma folks). Terrible company. I will do it myself before I ever have them back! I have pictures of everything if anyone would like to see!"

Lawn Fertilization and Treatment questions, answered by experts

Before you put down grass seed, you should cultivate your soil or add two inches of topsoil. You should also put down fertilizer at the same time as your seed to prompt healthy growth. Be sure to water after you put down grass seed, especially for the first two weeks.

Yes, but the best approach is to apply fertilizer well before you actually sprinkle the seeds. Apply fertilizer with an NPK ratio somewhere around 10-10-20, or 10-10-10, depending on soil test results and the type of grass you're planting, about six to eight weeks before planting grass seed. This mix added to loosened soil will give the grass seed its best chance of getting off to a solid start.

The most effective way to eliminate quack grass without killing the grass nearby is to overseed the area, keep the seed wet until it grows, mow often, and regularly fertilize the area to promote healthy grass that can choke out the invasive weed.

One of the best ways to save money on lawn care is to sign up for an annual contract for ongoing service rather than paying for one-off or as-needed services. If you guarantee a landscaping company ongoing work, they’re more likely to give you a break on the cost. Plus, ongoing services will keep your property in tip-top shape and help avoid the high cost of playing catch up on an overgrown lawn. You can also save money by sticking to the basics and foregoing add-on services like weeding and pest treatments.

The first step is killing any current nutgrass plants, either through application of herbicides or sugar, by digging up the plants and rhizomes, or by using soil solarization. To discourage new nutgrass plants from forming, ensure proper landscape drainage and bring shade into areas of the lawn that are consistently damp.
