0 rating PICTURES ATTACHED. I wanted my dream lawn to be comparable to my neighbors, but I have a nightmare. This company is UNETHICAL and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! BUYER BEWARE!! PLEASE DONT UTILIZE THEIR SERVICES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GRASS IS NOW DEAD ON THE FRONTYARD! APPLIED PRODUCTS THAT REQUIRED WATERING WHEN I WAS OUT OF TOWN FOR A MONTH DUE TO A WRECK AND CANCELLED SERVICES!!!!! Fairway Lawn service delivered ineffective services and killed a portion of my front yard. My front lawn was significantly different in weed control. Weeds covered the back yard in comparison to the front. I returned home to a vast majority of dead grass in the front yard aside from tree removal. My cameras did not record (Royce, service manager) on several occasions completing services. Home office indicated that he was quick. I requested cancellation of services via the office and treatment manager (Royce) but services were still performed after cancellation request was made due to underwhelming services. I was out of town due to a car wreck for a month. The grass required watering due to the treatments applied without permission resulting in dead grass. I called in to request to hear the conversation regarding cancellation. Customer service indicated "we don't do that here. We don't have to lie. I'm not going to argue with you." Although initially they indicated that I called 3 times for 3 seconds. After the call with Royce, I cancelled my credit card with a feeling that my card would still be charged after request to provide free services after consulted with his supervisor. Fairway continued to attempt to bill 3 times in January, 2 times in February, and 2 times in March with no correspondence from me because I already cancelled services. I have been sent to collections after performing my due diligence with 2 entities from their company. I requested notes from the calls, and it was indicated I displayed frustration and manager request so why continue to provide treatment services. However, I have a collection bill for $210. My bill increased from $65 to $70 without notice. I was informed that I should request notification of a price increase. This company is UNETHICAL and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! BUYER BEWARE!! PLEASE DONT UTILIZE THEIR SERVICES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GRASS IS NOW DEAD ON THE FRONT OF THE YARD!

Hired them this year they sent Royce, the technician out to my house. He sprayed a couple of cracks in my driveway, was here 3 minutes. Most of that, he was on the phone with me. Telling me about how he sprayed my yard and how he inspected it. Have him on camera more than one camera? see every move makes. Then they send me a detailed email about all this stuff that he didand gallons of chemicals that they used on my yard. He didn't use any of them. Contact them to let them know nobody reached out. They just knew to cancel my service. I guess they knew he was going to continue to do that. And with my cameras, I'd see it every time wasn't no sense in trying to keep me if I could have gave him 0 stars, I would have

Stay away from these scammers! They destroyed my lawn and turned it brown. They charge you monthly but don't deliver monthly! You think they're cheap but you end up paying them more annually because they are the most crooked dishonest lawncare service I've ever seen. If my lawn doesn't turn green, I will sue their fat a**** big time!

Fantastic! The lawn looks great, better than I expected. Lawn is a nice, even green and free of weeds. Fairway treated for grub worms, so no evidence of moles! Very friendly and professional service at a reasonable price!

They have excellent service.  I have used several lawn providers and this is the only one who has shown interest in doing the work.  I am very happy with their service.

I have used this service for the past several years. Something is clearly different this year; my yard looks as though it is an abandoned lot. Weeds have overtaken the grass, and the grass is balding in several spots. I have received comments from both neighbors and the community association, as our yard typically looks fantastic. Complaints called in have gone unheeded, with no improvement whatsoever in the appearance of the lawn.

Each Spring, I would have more weeds than the year before. This year, the weeds took over my back yard. Made several complaints and they re-sprayed but still no improvement. I terminated their service.
Also, saw no change in the tree care. Would not recommend their services.

I think they're fine. We've had Fairway for years and years and years. I think it's all good. We've got no complaints.

I noticed my neighbor's lawn had become lush, green and weed free this summer. Quite impressive after previous plumbing issues left the yard less than appealing with dirt trails and a lot of weeds. After making a note of the Fairway Lawns tag and getting the nod from my neighbor I cancelled the account with my current provider and called Fairway Lawns. It's late in the season but I was ready to begin a new program and get my yard back in control. Fairway Lawns representatives have been courteous and informative. I don't expect to see a lot of results until spring so I should probably leave the and quot;Qualityand quot; rating at N/A. I'll provide an update when I've had time to see results.

Overall, I have been happy with this company. No hassle on my end, they have us scheduled and we don't have to be home for any of the lawn sprays/ fertilizer. Very nice and courteous technician that handles our lawn.

I've used Fairway for five years, and have always been extremely pleased with their service. Cost varies based on square footage, and I pay $39 per treatment. There is an additional cost for services above and beyond fertilization and weed control, and so far I've taken advantage of two additional services and was pleased with results and cost. Dependable, easy to work with, and affordable. And I often get compliments from neighbors and friends on the yard...and I have to give Fairway at least half the credit.

I learned about them because six or seven of my neighbors use this company as well. They have been good so far, knowledgeable, very informative. I know when they have been here because they leave a notice on my door letting me know. The contract I signed is for at least eight treatments over a years time.
