"Hired two men to load the contents of my condominium into a U-Haul for me to drive across country. They showed up on time, were extremely professional and relatively efficient. I would have high ratings for this company and would use them again except I said I would pack my big screen TV to take in the trunk of my car because I was worried that it might break on the truck. The men told me it wouldn't be a problem on the truck and that they would pack it for the truck. They had it loaded before I could tell them not to.
When I arrived at my destination the new flat screen TV had several cracks in it and is now useless. I received no satisfaction from the company and they said that I assumed the risk. I wish I would not have listened to the movers when they said there wouldn't be a problem And that I would've put it in my car before they loaded it without me seeing. Live and learn. Cost me $900 and a lot of aggravation. Everything else was fine but I would trade everything else for the $900 and aggravation. "
