"Overall excellent work. Was an hour and a half late from scheduled appointment. But only took an hour and a half to do the work. Changed 2 shower heads (I purchased), installed a hot water drain hose, and replaced 2 spigots for me. On the pricey side. $730. With over $200 being in parts for the two spigots, the hose, and the copper for the new stem for one of the spigots. Dude does have 30 years of experience and is a licensed pro, so the price point isn't too surprising. Overal, I'm happy with the work done. "

"We have not had the shower installed yet, but are very pleased with the service received so far. Tyler and Jennifer are excellent and could sell anything. I never knew replacing the shower would cost over $6,000. I hope that the installation and product is what were told about. If we are disappointed, I will amend this review. His communication skills are top notch and he kept me informed via text messaging of what was happening right up to the day of the repair. And he's always polite. The new pressure regulating valve turned out to be faulty and he quickly went back to the store and obtained a replacement valve. He checked to be sure the air was purged from the entire system before leaving. I could not be happier with his service and would recommend Myers Rooter & Service to anyone."
