"We have not had the shower installed yet, but are very pleased with the service received so far. Tyler and Jennifer are excellent and could sell anything. I never knew replacing the shower would cost over $6,000. I hope that the installation and product is what were told about. If we are disappointed, I will amend this review. "We hired Shelby Properties to fix and repair the bathroom in our 95 year old house. OJ called me back within 20 minutes of getting the inquiry with home advisor, was at our house in an hour to give us a estimate and they started work the next day! Which is a great thing when the floor is rotting out! The project was done within a week and it looks phenomenal. OJ was great with giving us updates on the project and was very responsive to a few changes we made along the way. It is now the best room in our home. We will definitely be calling on OJ again as things come up with our house."

"Darryl responded to my call immediatly. I had a septic system failure due to fried electrical system to the pump. Darryl came out on Saturday in a very timely manner. He came back out on a daily basis until the pump and electrical system was replaced. I cannot say enough good about him. He is caring, honest, knowledgable, and reliable.
