It is a one man operation. He was on time, good at what he was doing. If there was something that he didn't understand how to do, he wouldn't be afraid to get somebody to help him. He did excellent work for very reasonable prices. The re-plumbing that they did in our remodel was very reasonable and I accept that. His price also was well within the estimate that we got. We contacted Master-Tech Plumbing for the first time due to out regular plumber being unavailable for immediate response to our needs. A small two foot piece of galvenized pipe with a small hair-line crack was found to be the cause. The pipe was replaced by unscrewing it from the elbow six inches underground and replaced with a new piece of pipe. Following plumbing codes & regulations, a pressure test was done, followed by inspection from city officials and gas service restored to our residence.
Quality & Professionalism: Master-Tech Plumbing was prompt to respond. A plumber arrived the next morning and got right on the job. The leak was found fairly quickly and repaired fairly quickly. The workmanship very acceptable. Price: Excluding the price of the parts for the repair, the hourly rate was 33% higher than other plumbers in the area (in the same town, within 5 miles). The hourly rate was 40% higher than our regular plumber and 33% higher than another well-established plumber in the area.
Recommendation: If the situation arose to require plumbing services (which I'm sure it will), and the situation does not call for immediate action, I would wait on my regular plumber, or research for a competitive plumber in the area. I would only resort to calling Master-Tech Plumbing again ONLY if the situation required immediate attention and no other options were available."},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/ar/crossett/master-technicians-and-mechanicals-llc-reviews-6312108.htm"},"position":9},{"@type":"ListItem","item":{"@type":"LocalBusiness","name":"NORTH POINT COLLISION CENTER","address":{"@type":"PostalAddress","addressRegion":"AR","addressCountry":"US"},"review":{"@type":"Review","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"Stacy C."},"reviewBody":"I took my vehicle to North Point Collision Center on Tuesday, June 14, 2011, and spoke to the representative and quot;assignedand quot; to me whose name is Ardy. I walked him to my truck and showed him the damage, which he then inspected himself. He assured me this was not going to be a labor intensive job and was one they could do easily. I filled out all the insurance information and contact information for myself at the front desk. I then immediately contacted my insurance company and gave them all of the information to issue the check directly to North Point. I received a confirmation email the next day from my insurance company alerting me to the fact that a check had been issued to North Point (this is important later). I did not bother them for the rest of the week because I realize that I am not their only customer and I did not want to pressure or and quot;botherand quot; them so soon. The next Monday (June 20th) I called just to check on the status of my vehicle, since I had not heard anything from them. I was told by Ardy that my truck was in the PAINT SHOP and that it would most likely be ready on Wednesday (the 22nd), but possibly on Tuesday the 21st. He said he was going right at that moment to check on the status of my truck in the paint shop and would call me and quot;after lunchand quot;.
I did not receive a call back that day. I also did not hear anything back the next day, so I called and left a message for Ardy, telling him that if my vehicle was, in fact, going to be ready on Wednesday the 22nd, I needed to know so that I could arrange for a friend to drive me to Sherwood to get my vehicle. I live approximately an hour and a half from there. I asked him to return my call. He did not. I did not receive a call on Wednesday either. By Thursday, I was getting slightly perturbed and called again. The receptionist informed me that Ardy was not at this desk and asked if I wanted to leave a message. I told her that I did not because he didn't return calls anyway. I also informed her that I had a very expensive vehicle with them that I would just like to know the status of and that I couldn't get anyone to talk to me. Ardy then called me and told me that NOW my truck was in the PAINT SHOP.....I thought it was in there on Monday???....and that it would probably not be ready until the NEXT WEEK, but that he would call me on Friday (the 24th) to let me know because it could *possibly* be ready on Saturday. He actually called the next day (Friday), but said that the paint job was not up to his expectations and that he was going to have it re-done.
I did not receive a call on Saturday to let me know if it was finished or not. On Monday the 27th, my husband went up there to get my truck whether or not it was finished since I kept getting the run around. First, they lost my paperwork and file for my vehicle and its repairs. Then, my husband was told the insurance company had not paid. I pulled the email that my insurance company had sent and read it to my husband over the phone. Then Ardy miraculously found my check. When my husband went out to inspect the work, there was paint overspray all over my truck and bonding agent all over my WHEEL. WHY it was down there and NO ONE saw it is beyond me. And for a truck that was supposedly in the paint shop 3 times, there should have been NO overspray. Is overspray and quot;up to {your} expectationsand quot;?
I do not know what is going on at North Point Collision Center, but this was the most horrendous experience I have ever had with a body shop. I used them because they are and quot;Ford Certified.and quot; I do not know what expectations and requirements Ford has for issuing their and quot;certifications,and quot; but if this is the and quot;best of the best,and quot; I am amazed. The customer service was awful, the work is STILL not right (the bottom is STILL bent), and they apparently do not know how to paint or use a telephone. I would not recommend them for any type of work whatsoever."},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/ar/sherwood/north-point-collision-center-reviews-321439.htm"},"position":10}]}

The average cost to install a new water heater is around $1,300, but you can expect to pay between $875 and $1,750, depending on the kind of water heater, the size of the unit, and the professional chosen to complete the work. Tankless water heaters can push your price higher, as installation is more complicated, with prices as high as $3,500. The location and accessibility of your water heater will play a role in the project cost, as those sitting in tight spaces like a crawl space will drive up your labor costs.
