We do not service other companies product -We only service products we sell. We do not work for builders, agents or contractors we deal directly with the home owner. Please use your zip code of where the project will be built to see if we are servicing that area. We use only the highest quality products available. We do not do economy grade projects of any kind. All workmanship is of the highest quality and done by our company and never subcontracted out. High Quality Custom Wood - Vinyl and Aluminum Fencing - we are currently up to 30 days out on Wood - up to 30 days on Vinyl - up to 30 days on Aluminum - This info is subject to change base on current sales and your HOA to approve the project. All orders are custom built for your yard. We can only accept a payment by credit card of 400.00 per job. Unless special terms are made. We are currently APPROXIMATELY 21 days out for onsite free estimates. South Tampa Saturday only. We do not do Vinyl Fence in the south Tampa area.

"I wrote back to your inquiry right here on Angie's List stating that we don't install chain link, nor do we paint our fences. I am so sorry that you missed my post, and feel that our correspondence deserves an F grade."
"First of all we asked the customer to send in a copy her invoice so we see what type of gate we installed. She refused to follow our policy and produce her work order. We did take her at her word and did set up a time to do her repair. In the interim she called several time making threatening remarks regarding the BBB and Angies List. At this point we realized something was not right and pulled her job work order / Contract from our archives and to our surprise we realized THAT REDMAN FENCE NEVER INSTALLED A GATE FOR HER, we only did the back and side line. After retrieving that information we called her to tell her we would like to send her the signed contract showing her we did not install her gate and would not be there to do this repair. At this time she call me an IDIOT and accused me of making a fake Work Order / Invoice. After being verbally assaulted for an entire week I told the customer I had had enough of her accusations and abuse and thanked her for her business and hung up. We realize now the reason she would not produce a copy of her invoice, and we have since made copies of her invoice to show potential Angie's List customers that what we have stated is true. We have also ask Angies list to post this signed contract for all to view. Unfortunately this customers level of professionalism was the worst in our 38 year history of being in business. Maybe one day there will be a list that businesses can make reports on consumers to help other businesses avoid these type of problems. Arlene Mingle / Office Manager"
