"Being out-of-state, Justin from Crawlspace solutions was a Godsent. I spoke to 3 other crawlspace solutions, and Justin was by far the most knowledgeable. Head-and-shoulders above the other companies. Redeemersâ Group from Memphis (with operations in Little Rock) didnâ t properly install my EzFlow system. Justin gave me a discount, even though he had nothing to do with the original installation. He and his team repaired the installation done incorrectly by Redeemerâ s group on their own. He visited the property multiple times, to check on the installation and followed up to make sure that the dehumidifiers and sump pumps were working properly. Sent me pictures throughout the process, which helps since Iâ m out of town. Unlike the other companies I spoke to and have used in the past, Justin doesnâ t seem to just be interested in a sale. He constantly follows up and touches base to make sure that Iâ m informed and comfortable with the process. In short, seemed to care about my project and me. Really rare in business nowadays. "Duraplex installed a metal roof on my house and barn. It came out great and i was very happy with the outcome. The owner and the crew are very professional and punctual. They also made sure to clean up after the work. I would recommend this company to my family and friends!"

"Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."

"I am very surprised by all the negative reviews, our installation went well.  Our initial appointment that was scheduled had to be changed but they were very flexible and came out on the weekend.  Mr. Logue had his family with him so instead of having them wait in the van we asked the kids to come in and play.  All parts of the installation went well and the fans all work great without any noise or wobble.  I submitted this review right after the service but didn't see it so I decided to write another one.  I would definitely use this service again and am sorry to see he is not on Angie's List anymore.
