Small jobs welcome

"I used Josh and his guys for some tree and debris removal after some storm came through. First time I used them I was blown away by the job they done that I had them come and do some more after the next storm blew down a huge oak tree, also had them remove some overgrown hedge bushes and again exceeded my expectations. Iâ  ve had them back a couple times for some normal lawn maintenance and even sent them to my parents house to remove some fence that had blown down. They will be back to do some more work when I need them. If you need some yard maintenance or anything give them a call if itâ  s something they can do you will be pleased with their quality work and fair prices. Excellent people and service"

"I needed a severely damaged couch removed from my apartment. They were on the phone within a few minutes and had it removed the same day. Also, they gave me a reasonable price and they did all the work. I highly recommend them!"

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

Professional lead removal involves identifying and safely removing or encapsulating lead-based paints and materials, using specialized equipment, and following strict safety procedures to minimize exposure and contamination.

If your roof was constructed between 1930 and 1970, there’s a possibility that the shingles contain asbestos. If that’s the case, you should hire a professional for repairs and replacement, as they’ll have the necessary equipment to stay safe from such a hazardous and cancer-causing substance. If your home was constructed after this period, it’s unlikely that the shingles in place are toxic. In most cases, asbestos shingles are not recyclable, while standard asphalt shingles are recyclable.

If the lead paint is in a place that is not easily disturbed and is not flaking or deteriorating, you do not necessarily need to remove it. Lead is toxic when dust particles or flakes from peeling lead paint are ingested. If people are not in the area with the lead paint, it may be safe to leave it in place. You still may want to consider encapsulation with a paint formulated for covering lead-based paint, just for an added layer of protection.

Chlorine has a shelf life of between six months and several years, depending on its type and formulation. Liquid chlorine can often lose its effectiveness in just a few weeks. Pool owners can find themselves with overstock that they need to get rid of. The best way to dispose of excess chlorine is to take it to a hazardous waste collection site and let the pros handle it.

You should ask a few questions to ensure that your potential lead removal professional is experienced and qualified to handle lead-paint abatement safely, legally, and properly.

  • What are your qualifications and experience removing lead-based paint?

  • Are you licensed and certified to remove lead-based paint?

  • How do you test for lead paint?

  • What methods do you use for lead-based paint abatement?

  • What do you plan to do with the hazardous material when you remove it from the home?

  • Do you do replacement and painting work or removal only?
