"It looks beautiful, the guys did a great job!"

Hi, I’m Zoe! If you have a growing to-do list around the house, a yard that needs some love, or general maintenance tasks you just haven’t found the time for, I’m here to help.\nI’ve been a "jack of all trades" since my teenage years, taking on a wide variety of odd jobs and building a robust, hands-on skill set over the years. Because I’ve spent a lifetime learning how things work—and how to fix them when they don't—I offer a level of versatility that saves you the hassle of hiring multiple different contractors.\nWhether you need routine preventative maintenance to protect your investment, a quick repair, detailed cleaning, or seasonal lawn care, I approach every project with problem-solving grit and sharp attention to detail. No job is too small, and I pride myself on being reliable, efficient, and transparent from start to finish.

Hello! I have over 9 years of experience from Destin to 30A cleaning and managing properties from short term rentals to residential. Have my own team but work solo as well, providing high volume cleans without forgetting attention to detail to keep your house feeling like home.

"Mendez and team did a phenomenal job removing the different outdated flooring and installing LVP flooring that I had purchased. The team did such a great job that when I remove the carpet in the rest of the home, they’ll be the team that I hire to do so. The first photo is what it looked like and the second is the installed LVP flooring"

"Overall I’ve had a great customer experience working with Austin . Nothing short an awesome experience for the start of the project to the end. I highly recommend Coastal Carpet and Tile Carpet One in the future for any of my flooring needs."

"Sales representative responded immediately to homeadvisor request. There was a lack of communication between the sales representative and the installation department. The time specified to perform installation had past and I had to call them to schedule installation. They showed up the next day to perform installation, but did not bring flooring. If I had been informed that the flooring would be delivered later I probably would have allowed them to begin removal of old carpet. I had to call for the next installation date of which they scheduled for the next business day. The crew arrived on time and performed work well. They could improve communication with customers by using e-mail or text messaging. My wife loves the wood flooring and I plan to use this business to install flooring in two other rooms."

"Opted to use another company for the roofing work.  The person who came to give me an estimate was nice, polite, prompt, and professional.  However, the company provided an estimate to replace my roof without ever even looking at the roof in person, other than from the ground level.  No one ever got on my roof or took measurements to calculate the estimate.  While it may be possible to obtain a rough estimate from satellite photos, there is no way to determine the extent of any damage to a roof without actually climbing up onto the roof and doing a visual inspection."
