I needed some minor service on one of my garage doors. I figured it would take several weeks before I could get an appointment to have the work done. I received a phone call from Saltgrass the very next day, the tech. was in our area and came a couple of hours later. He had the parts he needed to repair the door on his truck and my doors were completely serviced an hour later. Great service, fair price, I would recommend this company to anyone.

Chris and Mike were the best

Chris was prompt, courteous, fully knowledgeable, well equipped to handle a complex electrical problem with my garage door opener. He had to drive more than an hour in each direction to get to our home. He provided parts required to complete the job despite the manufacturer's provided parts were incomplete. After a timely completion of the scheduled repairs, he willingly extended his visit to adjust 4 - 16' X 16' hurricane designed roll up metal doors, by making them easily opened. His knowledge of these doors found that 2 of them were in danger of falling which would have caused significant damage and possible injury or death to the operator. He corrected the problems with the doors and provided me with tips on periodic maintenance. His cost for these services, parts and travel expenses were extremely reasonable. A job well done. I highly recommend his services and will definitely use him again.
