"They actually had to do the roof twice. It wasn't their fault. They did it in November and then they redid in May because it turns out that the asphalt tiling didn't color properly. They actually filed a claim with the manufacturer and then redid it using different and a probably better product. There was a hiccup there. They had their warranty process. It looks good and we were happy. It was definitely worth the extra effort. We happy with the looks. It makes the house not quite as hot in the attic. It did take a little while to get started once I made the initial call. Once he did get started he was good. He would get back to me. They didn't give me any hassle and no run around. They worked quickly and well. They cleaned up. It was a competitive price. He was also willing to bid for it."
