"I paid for a service that did not get complete in a timely manner. It took them two months to come complete the jobs and was paid 2months ago to do the job. Then when the installer came 2months later which i had to keep calling them and should have had to do that. He didn't have all of my materials and stated that he will be back once it comes. First, of all I preferred him not to start if he didn't have all of my materials. Secondly, he have a week from the day which he install to get back to finish. Every time I called it wasn't a reasonable excuse to way my service wasn't being provided. I will be taking legal action. At this point I am tired calling you all. I will make sure this type of service will not happen to another customer. Thirdly, the customer service representatives garbage they never know anything and can't answer question correctly.. I am making sure every social media site get how horrible you all customer service is."
