The sink clogged two hours before my son’s high school graduation. The showed up within the hour, fixed the clog quickly and their fee was very reasonable.

Service was performed quickly and they worked around my schedule to come out.

The two plumbers who came (one senior, one junior) were fast, efficient, clean, and thoughtful in explaining what the problems were and how they fixed them.

In the course of having our heating and plumbing inspected for winter, we were told we needed to replace all 3 toilets to the tune of $2500. Since we had used Hicks Plumbing for other work in the past: replacing a faucet, installing a new disposal, etc. we called them for a second opinion. As they have in the past, they came promptly, fixed the leaks, worked efficiently and neatly, and charged a fair price for the work. I recommend them.

Perfectly satisfied with the plumbing work. Great people to work with. Always responded promptly to my calls. Saved a sizable sum from another bid. The B grade—and my word of caution—is that the grass, trees, and shrubs did not get the same level of care that the
plumbing did. Yard remained a mess as we cycled through “too rainy” and “not rainy enough” to fix. Good news that the savings more than compensated for the costs for re-landscaping. All in all, I recommend.

A gentleman called me on the day they were to come give me an estimate and wanted to come right then. I work from home and told him I was in a meeting and could he call me back later. He then asks could they not just come on over and take a look, that I really did not have to be there. I told him yeah I guess so. So happened my meeting was over when they arrived so I met them outside. The gentleman seemed rushed while he was there. They went to the back and looked around and he gave me the estimate and they left. That was about it. No business card, no introduction, no information about the company. One saving grace was that a few days later I received a nice looking typed estimate in the mail. Of course, by then the work was already done by another company. I would probably use this company if my first choice was not available just because their estimate came in exactly the same so I at least know they do work for a reasonable amount.

I would call him again. He did wonderful. With respect to punctuality, he was there early and I suppose that's good.

They came in, did the job which took a couple of days, and left.

Ask for costs of each job at the beginning and group jobs together so you only get charged for one house visit.

They have been absolutely wonderful. They are thorough and they do not take advantage of you.
