"I just want to warn anyone who is thinking about having their house encapsulated by Cantey that it will add about 60 to $70 a month onto your utility bill because of the dehumidifier that they put under the house. Cantey did a very professional job however one of their workmen left one of the sump pumps unplugged and we had a leak from the air conditioner air handler under the house and wound up with about 6 in of standing water under the house on top of the encapsulation. I wish i had never had the encapsulation done."

"Donny came to our residence within 3 days of requesting an appointment for an estimate on closing in our car port to a double car garage with some extra storage on the side accessible through a doorway. He took measurements and talked to me and my  husband for quite some time that evening. We called him back within 3 days and told him he had the job. The very next day Donny and his crew came and got started right away. Within the first day they had the framing up and you could tell it was going to be accomplished quickly and expertly. Donny's crew knows exactly what they are doing. All of the men were professional and extremely polite. Donny spoke with me every day to tell me what their intentions were the next day, and who would be coming, IE, concrete truck, dry waller, painter, electrician, etc. I knew who was coming on any given day and the approx. time they would be here. All told it took 13 men about 8  days to wall in and complete the transformation from a cluttered two car car-port to a wonderful and professional looking addition onto our house. They even blended in the roofing over the extra storage space to make it look like the house had been built that way.This may have been a small job for them, but they treated us as if we were the most important.  Boy was my husband impressed.
