"Showed up on time and spent time examining house and then discussed problem with me. He suggested that I hire a structural engineer to provide a repair plan. He offered to send me a few names of engineers they have worked with in the past., I decided to use another contractor to expedite the process, but Parrot rep was thorough and professional and I would call them again for estimates and /or repairs.

"I just want to warn anyone who is thinking about having their house encapsulated by Cantey that it will add about 60 to $70 a month onto your utility bill because of the dehumidifier that they put under the house. Cantey did a very professional job however one of their workmen left one of the sump pumps unplugged and we had a leak from the air conditioner air handler under the house and wound up with about 6 in of standing water under the house on top of the encapsulation. I wish i had never had the encapsulation done."

"Donny came to our residence within 3 days of requesting an appointment for an estimate on closing in our car port to a double car garage with some extra storage on the side accessible through a doorway. He took measurements and talked to me and my  husband for quite some time that evening. We called him back within 3 days and told him he had the job. The very next day Donny and his crew came and got started right away. Within the first day they had the framing up and you could tell it was going to be accomplished quickly and expertly. Donny's crew knows exactly what they are doing. All of the men were professional and extremely polite. Donny spoke with me every day to tell me what their intentions were the next day, and who would be coming, IE, concrete truck, dry waller, painter, electrician, etc. I knew who was coming on any given day and the approx. time they would be here. All told it took 13 men about 8  days to wall in and complete the transformation from a cluttered two car car-port to a wonderful and professional looking addition onto our house. They even blended in the roofing over the extra storage space to make it look like the house had been built that way.This may have been a small job for them, but they treated us as if we were the most important.  Boy was my husband impressed. "Calvin was super helpful in getting us exactly what we needed for our 1903 home. Full crawlspace encapsulation and a repair of a sagging section of the house that was overloaded with a floated concrete floor. He easily could have oversold us on expensive repairs that were unnecessary but he was honest and up front with our issues and reassured us that our foundation was in really good condition for the age of the house. The crew doing the work showed up when they said they would and left the place clean. Highly recommend these guys to get the job done right!"
