"They came on time and did the work in a timely manner. They replaced a couple of faucets and fixed leaky drain. work done looks good and are working well. They however don't tell if there is warranty on their work and they rarely have the supply they need to do the work. it seems like first visit is to estimate the work. Anyway work was good."

"I contacted Jason and described the problem. He said he could be there at 7:30 a.m. the next morning to check it out. He was there at 7:20; diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate, and set a time to come fix it. The crew arrived on time, cut a hole in the wall, had to remove an attached cabinet, repaired the leak, repaired the wall, reattached the cabinet, cleaned up their mess and was finished. From my perspective, the job could not have been done more professionally.

"Joe from JMS Drain Services was my service technician who arrived well within the window scheduled service time. Joe came in, inspected the sink to determine how to resolve my issue, took out the tool (snake apparatus) to clear the sink, and departed my premises within 15 minutes. "Mike was prompt to come same day in the evening. Next morning he was there to try and break the clog. He was unable to do so. But did not stop there. He called the city sewer hotline, explained what he had done and told them he thought they should come out. The man did come within hours. He was able to break the clog. All fixed. Mike then fixed the cap and put a concrete donut around it to prevent future clogs. Excellent customer service."
