"Mike was very quick to take my call literally minutes after submitting my request on HomeAdvisor. I had two other plumbers come out for a clogged drain issue and both of them never even went inside to check out the issue. They both stood outside and mentioned that since my house was old, I'd need to replace all of my plumbing and quoted me basically around $7000. Bear in mind that I put in a request because my toilets wouldn't flush. Mike showed up shortly after the other two left, came inside, took a look at the issue, brought in an auger, and fixed my issue within minutes. Toilets were able to flush again. Tubs were able to drain. Mike provided a no-nonsense immediate solution to my issue on top of taking a general look at the property and pointing out a few other things that may need to be resolved in the future. Very nice. Very professional. I'd give 6 stars in all categories if I could."

"These workers are no strangers  to hard work. They performed this job under freezing temperatures and in a confined and dark area of my basement. They went to extra extremes and additional work to keep from tearing up my yard. The clean-up was outstanding. If you have a serious water problem in your basement, this is the company you want. "Bradleyâ s work was top notch! We had low water pressure because our house is old and had old galvanized steel pipes that were so rusty and clogged up. He advised replacing with all new pex pipes, which we agreed and he finished up the whole job in one day!"

"Curtis was great! He kept me informed of what was going on with the shower. He tried the less expensive fix hoping that we wouldn't have to cut into the back of the shower through the adjacent laundry room, but we did eventually have to do that. I was appreciative that he tried the easy fix first rather than taking advantage of us since we don't live in Auburn, and we were having to get this fixed remotely for our rental property. Great job!"
