We wanted to make sure that there weren't any foundation issues that were the source of the problems before doing a repair on those areas.  The evaluator was fair and honest and said that there were not any issues with the foundation that needed repair. In fact he said our foundation was better than most.

"On the exterior work the brick is a match with the existing parts of the house that were previously already brick which was a concern.  Windows are a big improvement over what we had.  For the price - very good.
