Customers say: True professional

"Landscaping Guys did a great job re-sodding my lawn! They helped prepare the dirt (removed old grass/weeds), ordered and had delivered the new sod, and then installed the sod. They reset all the irrigation heads and replaced any that malfunctioned. They also installed a couple of drainage areas to remove standing water. They did a great job, were on time, and the results are fantastic. Throughout it all, Jesus kept me informed of the plan and walked me through the process for each step. The price was fair and they completed the job ahead of schedule. It was always a great, hard working crew on site."

"Ben, Chase, and their team made multiple trips to repair multiple leaks in my irrigation plumbing, which was installed by another vendor a number of years ago. They stayed at it, until all of my leaks were finally identified and repaired; at times not charging for their work. I am so pleased with their professionalism and courtesy, and their determination to ensure my problems were fully resolved. These leaks were small and very hard to find. The quality of their work is outstanding and is valued and appreciated. I use them for my spring/fall irrigation maintenance, and based on this experience, I have no reason to consider anyone else. Very pleased!"

"I received a very detailed report of scenarios that could or would not work. In the end what I thought needed to be done didn’t. I appreciate a business that doesn’t try to make a profit off of customers for unnecessary work. I can respect a company for that."

Storm Drain Installation questions, answered by experts

If your home cannot accommodate a traditional garage door, there are plenty of other options to choose from. Consider installing a door made of glass, fiberglass, sheet metal, or faux wood. You can also choose a unique style like a folding, tilt-up, sliding, or carriage door. Consult a local garage door installer to discuss the options available for your garage shape and size.

Professional installation ensures a secure fit, energy efficiency, and proper functionality, avoiding misalignment and air leaks.

Each has its use, depending on the scenario. Security doors are primarily intended to keep people out of the home, while storm doors are used to protect the home from extreme weather. Both tend to be made from heavy-duty metal and may include glass panels to allow light to enter the home. Storm doors can feature mesh screens, just like screen doors, to allow for increased ventilation and to keep out pests. Security doors rarely, if ever, have mesh screens.

There are a few ways to make your storm door less drafty. For example, if the bottom of your storm door is letting in air, you can lower the door sweep so there’s a smaller gap between your door and the floor. You can also install weatherstripping or apply caulk around the door frame.

Storm doors last about 25 years, although high-quality and well-maintained storm doors could last up to 50 years. The type of storm door can impact lifespan, so be sure to consider the durability of different frame materials and glass types before making a purchase. Also, keep in mind that while storm doors can typically mitigate the impact of strong winds and harsh weather, repeated exposure to storms can wear down the door and shorten its lifespan.
