I'd requested for a bed to be disassembled at my past address, and reassembled at my current address. The price was fair, so I also asked that they do some other small jobs for me, which he obliged. I didn't have all of the supplies that were needed, and they went to the store for me, acquired the needed products/tools, and completed the add-on jobs. "I asked for a quote, he came out, and I told him I needed it by a certain date for the adjuster. He promised he would get it to us. I had not hear from them by the weekend, so I sent a reminder, was told he would have it in the morning. By noon, I still did not have it, and contacted him again, and was told he would have to let this one go, because he was out of office and wouldn't get back until later. I gave multiple opportunities for him to get us a quote, but tired of companies like this making promises and not keeping their word. If he would do this on a quote, what would the work be like? I just needed a quote, and they had 5 days to get me one. Keeping your word to the customer is important."
