I'd requested for a bed to be disassembled at my past address, and reassembled at my current address. The price was fair, so I also asked that they do some other small jobs for me, which he obliged. I didn't have all of the supplies that were needed, and they went to the store for me, acquired the needed products/tools, and completed the add-on jobs. From lack of communication, follow through, and completion of my project. I started with the first associate, was handed off to the next associate, given engineered plans that didn't even apply to the building I was installing, sent corrections that weren't correct, resent the plans that were incorrect and haven't received anything since. I was transferred to a manager, whom never contacted me until i contacted Rueben the so called supervisor. With his lack of follow through and Joann's inability to finalize my plans, I'm still waiting. I've reached out numerous times and still no contact from this so called professional firm.
