Mike Matthews is the sole proprietor proudly serving the Gulf Coast since 1995. We are licensed in the State of Alabama, an EPA Certified lead renovation contractor, we carry liability insurance and workers compensation as do all of our sub contractors. Being in business for over 20 years has allowed us to establish ourselves as a premier remodeling/renovation contractor on the gulf coast serving all of south Alabama. We feature a complete "One Stop Shop" philosophy on all our renovation projects. Integrity management and subcontractors were extremely professional and executed all aspects of the project with attention to detail and quality of work. They took a small 70s era kitchen and made it beautiful and more efficient. They handled any issues that arose and were timely in completing each job. Don built lovely cabinets to my specs and BJ did excellent work with installs and getting the walls in shape. The contractors from Seven Seas Stone installed a gorgeous countertop. Mike and Heather were very responsive as they managed the overall work. The pricing was reasonable and Mike even gave us a sink for free. I recommend them highly for any renovation. —Lauryn Poynor

I told them that was impossible but would instead like a quote to remodel one of my 4 bedrooms and make that my handicap accessible bathroom. They told me they would be happy to. After a 2 week family trip, we came home and were expecting Mike to come out. No show. I got an email apologizing and we rescheduled. Again, we had no response to the reschedule. I expressed my concerns about the quality of my treatment, how they hadn’t impressed me at all up to that point. I received an email from Mike and he told me to shop somewhere else. Thanks Mike and Integrity remodeling, I now know who I will never call again and will go out of my way to make sure no one I know ever uses your company.

I’ve tried to hire this company twice on two separate projects. Neither time did I even get a call back. The 2nd time, I even got the POC on the phone and he said “text me your number and I’ll call you back in 20 minutes because I’m with a customer right now.” I didn’t have a problem with that, but 20 minutes has been 8 days. If you aren’t able to do the work, or it’s simply too small of a job to do, that’s fine. But don’t ignore people all together.

Started project on time. We (owners) made some (big) changes along the way, so it was a longer project than originally planned; however, Integrity was always prompt, and finished each phase as promised. This was very helpful and appreciated. We had just purchased the home and had not moved in while this project was being done, but even so, the crew was tidy and the project kept orderly. We were kept in the loop regularly, and anything unexexpected that happened to pop up, as usually does during construction as we all know, was fixed or a solution was found. We had not used Integrity before this project, so we were understandably anxious about the quality of work--no worries there, after all. We considered grading a 'B' for pricing for this review process. This was because Integrity's bids on items were not always the lowest. We probably could have had the projects done for a little bit less, but given that Mr. Matthews' personal advice on certain items and ideas saved us money in the long run, Integrity gets an A for this project. Yet he assured us all along he would execute the projects any way that we were happy with, that was their goal. That is in addition to being prompt and keeping the project on schedule. If anyone has ever endured a construction project that takes an inordinate amount of time and irritating delay after delay on the contractor's behalf, you will understand that timeliness is sometimes worth more than its weight in gold.

It went very well. Mr Matthews and his crew did a great job. The screened in porch looks great. They started right away, and stayed on it until everything was finished, despite almost constant rain. They even came back to do some touch up work after the final payment was made.

It was wonderful! Mike is super and all the team. They were professional, easy to work with. Always on time. Very agreeable to any changes I made along the way. When something didn't work right, I called and they came right out to fix it the way I wanted it to be. And the workmanship was beyond expectations. I needed some new cabinets made, and the new ones match the existing oak cabinets perfectly. You cannot tell the difference. They put in new appliaances, relocated the fridge and stove. Built a new island, complete with pull out drawers for pots, pans and a hidden trashcan. New floor. Installed pull-out shelves in the pantry. The granite counter top came out perfect! My new kitchen was so beautiful, I didn't want to cook in it and mess it up! But I have and I love it! I cannot say enough about Integrity Remodeling and I recommend them to everyone.

Mr Matthews did not show up for our first appointment. He also did not contact us to let us know he was not coming. My husband took off work and was waiting on him.

Mike Matthews finally yelled 'GET ANOTHER CONTRACTOR.' When I first called they screened me by asking who was the termite company. When I said ___ they became uninterested. Under AL Homebuilders Contractor's law they have to provide a free quote.

I asked Mike to give me a framing quote on the termite damage of my house (first floor - 2 story house). He met me there over a month ago tried to quote all new everything (just needed a framing quote for now) and said I would have a price in a few weeks. I discovered more damage after removing more drywall. Upon request after a verbal quote ( I work for an industrial contractor rule number 1: never get a VERBAL quote. This will not stand up in court against contractors, especially when they can LIEN your house!) I sent pictures of the damaged double floor joist. Never got a formal quote.

He called back today apparently irritated that in a text I wrote 'I used Angie's list to help find contractors that would keep their word.' Please help as I am homeless.

I still don't have a quote but I know who will NOT be doing the work for me.
