I was impressed with how Paul ran things....kept things very cleaned up throughout the whole process. Was very helpful in my decision making on various things....he helped me install my built in microwave which actually saved me $120. He had huge plastic sheeting draped during the job to try and protect the cleanliness of the house....the house certainly still got dusty but not because Paul didn't try. Paul's men gladly moved my existing refrigerator for me. His men and the subs he used were all clean looking guys ....over all, Paul and all were pleasant to work with. Now for the serious stuff.....I had actually got another bid from a reputable local company.....the bid was a little over twice Paul's bid for the same thing.......that doesn't mean Paul left a lot of money on the table because if the overall cost of the project had been any higher than it was.....I likely wouldn't have done it.
A couple of other things...they did a nice job of tieing in my outside siding where the back door was removed.
The back door that they actually replaced operates very well
I actually did all the painting
I told Paul at beginning that I wouldn't nickel and dime him and I was sure he would be fair to me...and that's exactly how it went.
