"I call the company to get the septic tank cleaned out. Septic works stated they couldn?t locate the tank but could find it for $225. I paid the $225 and 3 minutes later they found the tank. A $400 septic job changed to a $675 job because they would have had to dig a hole to clean the tank. So I told them that?s ok because I see where this was going. I just located another company and they found the tank and cleaning it for the price stated without telling me a an extra fee for locating a job that they are about to get paid for. Thanks Angi list but no thanks! I?ll never use this again.."

Came out same day as my request but it was the end of the day and they didn't fully finish clearing the drain and when I called for them to return they let me know they don't guarantee drain and clogging services and I would have to pay again. Not what I had hoped for since they didn't fix it the first time. They didn't follow any sort of social distancing, wearing of gloves, etc. even when dealing with us with Covid going on."
