The posses a great sense of humor, sharing family stories, work stories while sawing, hammering and staying focus on their work. When I had questions about the pluming, they were quick to show me and explain to me what a "P" trap was and how it worked 
The workers laid the tile out in the design I suggested to let me see what it would look like before the final process.

"Evan Clark is an amazing carpenter. He came out and gave a good estimate, and was here by 8:30 am everyday. He finished a 14x14 bedroom and a walk-in closet: drywall, painting, flooring, installed 2 doors. He followed my directions, and didn't try to talk my husband into changing my mind. He rolled with my craftsman theme, made a second level to the ceiling trim to cover the previous carpenter's mistake. It's gorgeous. Kept me appraised of what he was doing everyday, and let me get the materials and pay him by the hour. Evan kept up with his time and stopped me from paying him over when I miscalculated. He is extremely conscientious and I trust him implicitly. He thinks well on his feet, and is good about saving materials. He's coming back to do my kitchen!
