Construction was behind schedule so I didn't notice until backsplash contractor took off plastic off countertop. Owner refused to replace granite to match 1.25" thickness stating this is rare but this is just how the slab was.... I was not offered a refund or to change the slabs to get the thickness I paid for. They only offered to swap my main counter section to a 1 inch section to match the smaller thickness section that was originally installed despite what I thought inwas getting and paid for. I am somewhat dissatisfied but didn't feel I had a choice if I wanted it to look somewhat decent. I just wanted the thickness and look that I paid alot of money for..."
