"I can't begin to convey the dissatisfaction in quality of service from Blair Windows. We ordered windows for our entire home going on about a year ago from time of order to receiving the windows. The workmen have been out to my over 3 times to replace the largest window in home and cracked my original window. My daughter is getting married in one week and I have a big piece of tape covering the crack in the window that sits in front of the house. Needless to say, I will never order any services again and don't recommend!!!"

"I am extremely satisfied with the results. My carpets look so fresh and ALL the spots (pet accidents) are gone. They haven't reappeared after two months, as sometimes has happened in the past. There was no residue or odor. I allowed carpets to get thoroughly dry before walking on them. The white tile with white grout on the bathroom floors is impractical; the grout catches dirty water when the floor is mopped. Since Hayes worked on it, it sparkles. Hayes was recommended on Angie's List, backed up by social media input. I had been skeptical, because of dissatisfaction with previous attempts to use professionals, especially the large chains. Silicone caulk shouldn’t be used in place of grout because each material serves its own purpose. The reasons not to install flooring underneath a bathtub outweigh the benefits. A properly installed bathtub will keep water from reaching the unprotected subfloor underneath. Installing a tub on top of finished flooring can lead to damage and scratches to the new floor. Also, a small leak from a tub drain may be more difficult to notice if finished flooring impedes water drips.
