"We was looking for a roofing company to replace our home roof. We got the quote from 6 companies. We have found one particular company called " Prime Management". Matt give us very much details about what they going to do and answer all the questions we have asked. Even so the price they quote for still not as low as we would like to, but it is decent compare with other company that I got quote for. There was no surprise of additional cost as they mentions. This company was so reliable, prompt And did excellent work at a very favorable price. I happily recommend them without any reservation What's so ever for their professionalism, outstanding work and customer relations."

"I was at a lost what to do with my cabinets.I had attempted to do the DIY thing and found out that is not for every one. Mr. Guinn called me back , came out quickly which was the 1ST thing I was pleased with. Gave me a fair estimate the 2nd thing I was pleased with. HE DID AN EXCELLANT JOB & I would recommend him to anyone. My only regret is I donot have pictures to show at this time."

"My floor was so rotted a sister came visiting and was scared of falling through. I called another company that put me off. Then I called Brian at Skyline Construction (256)5042580 He came right over, gave a quote and started working the next day. I have a background in civil engineering and a "jackleg" carpenter but at my age this was a bit to much for me to take on. A bathroom floor is about the toughest project out there. The joist and decking were shot and leaking plumbing added to the damage, all under tile. In short, he done the demo, replaced some leaking pipes and put down flooring, a lot less than those other guys quote. When my sister visits again I'll be proud to show off my new bath"

Countertops and Backsplashes questions, answered by experts

No, in most cases, you do not have to remove your countertops to reface cabinets. Since refacing primarily involves updating the doors, drawer fronts, and exterior surfaces, your existing countertops can usually stay right where they are, making the process quicker and less disruptive. However, if your counters prevent the access needed to remove doors and drawers, they may need to be temporarily removed. It's best to consult with a professional cabinet contractor to assess your specific kitchen layout during an estimate.

Granite countertops cost an average of $3,250 compared to $2,250 for tile countertops. Granite is also harder to DIY than tile, given its weight and bulk, which increases the overall labor cost of installation. Over time, both types of countertops may need sealing to remain resistant to water, heat, and other common kitchen elements.

No, you should not put a hot pan or pot directly on a quartz countertop. While quartz is generally heat-resistant, the resin binders used in its manufacturing are sensitive to extreme heat from items exceeding 150 degrees Fahrenheit. This can damage the resin, leading to discoloration, burns, or even cracking. To prevent permanent damage, always use trivets or hot pads for hot cookware.

While porcelain countertops are durable and don’t chip easily once installed, they aren’t chip-proof. If they’re subject to blunt force, chips, cracks, or other damage can occur. Unless you’re very confident in your installation abilities, hiring a local countertop installation company will reduce the risk of damage.

Yes, you can use paint if you want to refresh your tile countertops. However, you must be mindful of the type of paint you use. Look for options explicitly created for tile that are also waterproof and durable. Over time, the paint will chip, so this is not considered a long-term solution for busy kitchens.
