He was the first one to call me from Angi and he came out the same morning to look at my project and give me an estimate. Since I already had the materials, we agreed on a price and he started to work right away. As usual, when you start to tear into something, you find other things wrong. He pointed them out to me and we agreed to fix it right. He kept me informed the whole time, he is very reasonably priced, and he is very professional. "The Durante crews arrived on time and in force to do the job. The windows that were installed were high quality residential windows with high performance coating and argon gas. Since these were for the West Elevation of the house we saw a tremendous difference in the late afternoon. Durante was first class and also repaired a couple of unexpected things. I will use them again for sure."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Over all it was OK.  I was not happy with how much time I had to spend picking up trash after they left - from strips of sharp metal, to dozens of screws every day for a week (literally), to their snack wrappers and drink cans every evening.  The house had been painted a few months prior to the roof job and they managed to gouge several pieces of newly painted wood from the sides of the house.  I was told it would not mildew and 2 years later it has and needs a cleaning.  Had they been honest about that, I would have gone with a darker color.
