They also listened to and addressed all of my concerns regarding the maintenance and longevity of the fence after the repair process. They even took time to research a question I asked when they didn’t know the answer offhand. After completing the repair work, they left my yard clean and even took the time to fill in some low spots in my lawn with dirt that was leftover from replacing some of the fence posts. CREATIVE FENCE & CONTAINMENTThey did great work; the fence looks beautiful and they did a great job cleaning up my yard after they were done. I have to ding them a little on internal communication -- I arranged over the phone for the fence to have a feature that was a little unusual, but the request wasn't transferred from the office to the foreman or to the workers. Everything was fine until the end of installation. Workers were in a hurry to finish before the weekend. Gates do not hang level. Owner says they look fine to him. Meets his standards. Said he would come back out and to try and adjust them. Been waiting 3 months for that to happen. There was no cleanup after they were through. They left metal pieces and huge chunks of concrete in the flower beds. We have to completely redo flower beds that they ruined. Very expensive fence and very poor workmanship. Would NOT recommend this company ever.

I had called 4 roofing companies and got none of my calls returned. I hired a contractor finally. After waiting 6 months on the contractor I hired who kept putting me off a friend called 1stop for me. They were out at the exact time they said they would be. The estimate was a few 100 dollars more than my previous estimate but after waiting 6 months I didn’t care. One guy came out to do the job which took 2 days. That was the quietest worker and he cleaned up the work area very well even putting a tarp down to collect debris. I would hire this company again. Work was good, cost very reasonable,

Bill Chambers came by and did some measuring on our carpeted stairs so as to quote a price for replacing the carpet with solid wood. We had no idea what was under the carpet so we felt the quote was fair and we had him begin work. He arrived when he said he would and kept us informed as to when he would be here. We had a lot of rain during the week and staining and painting had to be delayed but we are extremely happy with the overall job Bill did and would hire him again.
