124 Disappointing. We called because of a clogged A/C drain line. The technician cleared the line using a shop vac. This took 10 minutes, and he said the total charge would be $120. He also said we needed a new A/C and quoted a price of $5000-$6000. I had assumed there would be a charge for...
VINCENT BAKER WAS THE TECHNICIAN ON THIS JOB. I APPRECIATED HIM CALLING ME FOR APPROVAL BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE REPAIR. HE SNAKED THE DRAIN AND EXPLAINED THAT THE CAUSE WAS PROBABLY TREE ROOTS. HE OFFERED SUGGESTIONS FOR CONTINUED MAINTENANCE.
