"I am so excited over my new cabinets. I had the soft close feature added to the drawers and cabinet doors. I absolutely love it. My old cabinets had been painted with the wrong kind of paint which required quite a bit of prep work before the new facing could be painted but that did not deter them from making sure my new cabinets were perfect. They completed the work in a very timely and professional manner. I highly recommend Shane and Quality Cabinet Coatings . My cabinets look amazing and this girl is very happy. ð"

"I am thrilled with the look of my kitchen cabinets! The workmanship is amazing! My kitchen looks larger and brighter. I love the cabinet opening beneath the counter… now I can reach everything in that impossible corner cabinet. Thank you, Shane, for an excellent transformation!"

Small jobs welcome

"Sammy and the team did a great job making our kitchen look brand new! I was very nervous about the project and had many companies come out for quotes. Sammy was laid back, professional, easy to form a connection with and was also the only one who suggested that I keep the same cabinet frames and just reface my cabinets since the frames were in great condition. He was the only one who suggested this primarily to save us money instead of paying for brand-new cabinets! Going into the project, Sammy kept me updated and did not rush me to pick a paint color. We are working with an interior designer and he let me take my time making decisions. Sammy listened to all of my concerns and continued to listen as the project got started. Sammy and his crew cleaned up every day before leaving our home and were professional while there. Tony did most of the work inside our home. Tony was professional, and courteous, and answered my questions. Tony also listened to me and was willing to touch up anything I pointed out (even things that were not part of the project like caulking between my counters and backsplash.) Tony always let me know when he was coming and leaving which gave me peace of mind as well. Towards the end of the project, we decided to do our own electrical work for under cabinet lighting. Sammy was quick to remove that cost from our invoice and supported our decision which we admired. Overall, we love being in our new kitchen! It makes us happy to cook and host in our home! I will use N-Hance Over the Mountain for any future projects that come our way! Great work guys and thank you for listening and creating a space that brings us joy!!"

I've been painting cabinets for almost 2 years now and I started out with a franchise called Nhance. There I cleaned and prepped kitchen boxes and doors and refinished them with paint. When I was with them I was doing complete jobs on my own 3 months in. I realized I could do this on my own and decided to start my own business. Nhance is the top search on google for "cabinet refinishing". I will do the same exact process as them for cheaper. The reason I'm able to do the process cheaper with the same quality is that I am not associated with a franchise and it is only me that is working. Therefore I do not have franchise fees etc. Communication and quality are my top priorities with customers. Nobody likes when the professionals you are working with give you vague work times and you never know where they are at. I will give you updates as much as I can to make you feel comfortable. Feel free to text or call me whenever you'd like. I can do quotes over the phone with pictures.

Pre Made Cabinets questions, answered by experts

It depends on whether you buy pre-made stacked cabinets or construct them from scratch. If you build added cabinets from scratch, you can expect it to take several hours or days to build each one and then another two to three days for installation. Then, after painting your new cabinets, you should allow a few weeks for the paint to dry thoroughly before installing them over your existing cabinets.

The 1/3 rule is a design guideline used by interior designers and cabinet installers to select appropriately sized pulls for cabinets and drawers. The rule suggests that for a balanced and cohesive look, a cabinet pull should be approximately one-third the height of the cabinet door or one-third the width of the drawer face. This guideline helps create a symmetrical appearance because the human eye tends to follow the length of the pull across the cabinet face.

While the 1/3 rule is a helpful starting point, it is not the only option. If a measurement falls between available pull sizes, it's generally best to size up. For an ultra-contemporary aesthetic, you can also opt for full-width pulls that span the entire drawer.

In many homes, upper cabinets are installed with a 1- to 2-foot gap between the tops and the ceiling. However, many homeowners extend their cabinets to the ceiling to gain extra storage and a polished, built-in look.

The cost of installing kitchen cabinets is $5,950 for the average project. While most homeowners spend between $2,010 and $10,465 on new kitchen cabinets, you could spend up to $28,000 or more on spacious custom cabinets.

The materials and the size of your cabinets make up a significant portion of your final cost. For example, wood veneer cabinets are typically the most budget-friendly option, ranging from $2,000 to $15,000 on average. On the other hand, stainless steel cabinets are a luxury item and generally cost between $25,000 and $38,000.

Most built-in bookshelves are custom-made to fit the available space and meet a homeowner's needs. This level of customization allows you to design the exact look and functionality you desire. However, you can buy cheaper, prefabricated bookshelves to slot into your desired space. However, prefabricated designs might not slot in as snuggly or need to be adjusted to fit.
