"We were terrified to call a plumber but Benjamin Franklin plumbing responded so quickly and came out the same day. Mr. Eric Lovelady was so kind. He walked us through every step took photos to show the work and even blew us away with payment options. He came back or fixed everything in no time, didn’t leave a mess, and still explained every step. "We are pleased with our bath remodel that included a new tub, tub surround and wainscot walls. There was one small problem with the walls due to the ceiling and walls not being plumb however they did go above and beyond by doing more than was was agreed upon by making plumbing improvements, installing a new lighted medicine cabinet and repairing a light fixture. They were very courteous and the installer even made a suggestion for a change that we agreed would be better."

"Joe Heater and his assistance, Josh, did a very professional job replace my tub with a walk in shower. The shower is beautiful and looks very professional installed. Joe and Josh were both very polite, did not goof off, worked very hard for two days. My shower was larger than the average is the reason it took two days. They kept everything cleaned up as they went, no mess left behind. I highly recommend this company!!!"
