Tip Top Masonry IncVery pleased with the professionalism of this company. The bid was slightly higher than other bids received. I considered not taking the bid due to this. But I contacted the local brickyard for a list of masons. The owner told me that this was the contractor that he would use and that he guaranteed I would be satisfied with the finished product. He said I would get what I paid for and he was right. Since my project was completed, I have spoken to others that have used this company and no one had a negative comment. I cannot praise GasPro highly enough. Jason and his crew are fantastic—knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and thorough. I used this company on my previous home when we put it on the market and had to repair a non-working gas fireplace. Other repairmen told me I’d have to replace the whole unit at the cost of $1000 or more. Jason came in and easily repaired the faulty part, saving me a ton of money. When we moved, we bought a home with two fireplaces that didn’t work. Once again, a local repairman told me there was no good way to fix them. So I called Jason who literally went the extra mile to service us. He sent Jon--a polite, skilled, efficient young man who spent part of his off-day working on our fireplaces, gas grill, and water heaters. He repaired our fireplaces and assessed our other appliances for future repairs. In all my years as a homeowner, I have never encountered a company that serves its customers like GasPro. I am so appreciative of these guys and their commitment to excellent work, professionalism, and customer service. They are the only gasfitters I feel comfortable using. A quick online search will show other glowing reviews of this company that are similar to mine. Highly recommend!!

I am a UAB professor, and have been trying fix up my house since my retirement recently. One of the projects I had was rebuilding the torn patio in the backyard with concrete. I got quotes from 8 different concrete companies (selected from Home Advisor, Angie’s List, and BBB). Finally, after much deliberation (including following up with each of the 8 companies for additional details about the proposals to rebuild the Concrete Patio in my backyard), I chose Bethers Builders, LLC to do the job. Dan Bethers (the owner) gave, what I considered, a fair price for the job, even though his quote was not the lowest. What tipped my decision in his favor was: (1) the ease with which he and I communicated with each other about what I wanted to be done and his explanation of how he would go about it, and (2) his understanding of my desire that his crew to not mess-up my front lawn or crack the drive way in the front of the house with heavy concrete-mixing trucks or heavy Bobcats etc. He was able to transport the Quikrete and Portland Cement bags to the backyard without using the aforementioned heavy equipment. In the backyard, his crew mixed up the Concrete to finish the Patio project. He had 3 crew members that worked for 2 days. Dan was excellent in communicating to his crew members. Each time I had a question or concern, Dan Bethers would address my concern right away to my satisfaction. After Dan Bethers finished the Patio job, and I made the payment, a few days later following a rainy day, I noticed a couple of areas where there were shallow puddles of water on the patio. I complained about them to Dan. And Dan returned and resurfaced the area to minimize these puddles. I am extremely delighted with my decision to hire Bethers Builders, LLC to do the Concrete Patio job at my house. I endorse enthusiastically Bethers Builders, LLC and its owner, Dan Bethers, for similar jobs, without any reservation. If I have any future jobs at my house, I intend to hire Dan Bethers.

They showed up at exactly the time they said they would and cleaned a chimney that probably hadn't been serviced in decades. Two building inspectors had noted that it was one of the worst creosote buildups they had seen. Took them less than 2 hours and they left no mess at all. Will hire again.

Woodall Heating and Cooling assisted during my house closing by inspecting my unit and replacing a start capacitor. After the work was completed and sale completed, the run capacitor failed. After originally paying for the original inspection and service, they returned promptly to diagnose the issue and provided a temporary window unit to assist cooling the house. As they previously provided a service and inspection, they provided this service free of charge while I worked with my warranty company. This is a sign of a company that understands business and consumer relationships past making a profit off of every interaction. Instead they invested in the relationship with a person which will trickle through the community and assist their business in the long term.
