Donnie was able to fix my problem by removing the soldier brick above both garage doors and he also tore out the steel lintels, took them out and drilled them, since they had never been lagged to the framing and were actually installed incorrectly originally (resulting in the lintels sagging almost 1.5" which meant the morter was cracking and pulling away from the house). He replaced them correctly and rebricked the soldier courses. All of this was accomplished in one day. Very pleased with all aspects of the project from my original meeting to project completion."
