"Today, 10/13/2022 I had The Mad Hatter come out to do a fireplace inspection & cleaning. They sent Mr. Terry Hill out. He was on time, very professional. He answered any questions I had and he cleaned up after himself. The fireplace was in bad need of cleaning and after he was done, it was beautifully cleaned and ready for winter. Mr. Terry has got to be hands down the nicest technician I have ever hired for ANY job. I will be using them for sure in the future and I appreciate his hard work, honesty and cleanness. "I can't recommend these guys enough. I had a 20-year-old stacked stone wall that needed flashing replaced. Krista went above and beyond to find matching stone. Henry said that his guys would start at 7am each morning. Can you imagine my surprise to find his crew at the job site at 6:50 ready to go? From the customer service that Krista provided to the work that the crew did all top notch. If all contractors conducted themselves in this manner the industry wouldn't have such a bad image."
