"Watts came out twice, once to estimate and once to run the new cables. While he was working up the estimate, he managed to get the lights back on in the garage. When he came back, he drilled through the floor, ran a new cable, and installed a 240V outlet and new 240V breaker. He had estimated the job conservatively and so we were relieved that running the line cost only $850 instead of $1500. The estimate wasn't free, but that was okay. He was here quite some time messing with stuff, so I'm glad he got paid for the effort. Will definitely call him for future work."

"All the personnel were polite and knowledgeable. The salesman completed a through assessment of the project. We discussed options and he provided me with an estimate within a couple of days. Once I made the decision to proceed, I was contacted by a project supervisor who discussed with me the timeline for installation. The project supervisor contacted my gas company for an assessment of the gas meter to insure it could handle the generator that was being installed. He also contacted the power company, arranged for all permits and inspections, and contracted a plumber to install additional gas line. Overall, he arranged for everything that needed to be done for the installation. On the installation day the team arrived 30 minutes before the scheduled time and began work. The work was completed in a timely manner and the generator was tested. Due to scheduling conflicts with the city and the power company the work could not be certified until the following day. The project supervisor worked with the power company to get us back on line so that we would not be without power for the evening. The following day the city inspector met with an electrician for the company and the generator was certified. The electrician then went through an education process with me and explained how the system was set up and what to expect. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend them. Be aware that the company does business under multiple names (Tidmore Inc, Huntsville Generator, Current Electrical and Generator Services). This was confusing at times."

From the initial design phase through demolition, rebuild and final touchups, we were always very impressed with the excellent work, courteous interactions, cleanliness of the project, timeliness, and consideration of our special needs and schedules. They continually went the extra mile to ensure we were completely satisfied and they always exceeded our expectations. There were some problems with the stone used in one of the bathroom shower shelves (not their fault) and when I mentioned it casually during the kitchen remodel three years later they completely replaced that at no charge! I would recommend them highly for any new build or remodel!"

They finished in 2 days and made sure that everything was patched up and perfect before they would accept payment to make sure we were happy with the work. Kevin is very kind and a hard worker. We needed to repair an electrical outlet for our pool light. Turns out the cost was more than we had anticipated due to the original outlet installed by the pool company was totally not up to code. As a result, the outlet had shorted out and could have put electricity in the pool. Scary! Matt and his co-worker did a fantastic job, adding new breakers to the pool breaker box and a new 'sealed' outlet box next to the pool deck.
