Cliff was great to work with. He was very professional, diligent, and patient in getting everything just right, returning several times to make adjustments. We are very happy with how it turned out. We will likely use Landscape Lighting by Pro-cut again in the future to put in some spotlights on our trees or pathway lights.

I purchased an led landscape lighting promo from Angie's list that included 4 led uplights installed for $299 as a Christmas gift for my parents.  It took some back and forth phone tag to set things up, but got them in touch with my parent to set up a time to come out. There was some miscommunication.  When I was asked if I wanted to purchase additional lights, I said no, but I wanted them to contact me for any extra wiring cost as I had expected there would be based on the size/shape of their house.  They mentioned it to my parents instead, which they then learned what we had spent.  Other than that, the work went great, and they love their new lighting. Very good price and the lights came with a 5 year warrantee.  I would definitely use them again.

There were no problems. They were efficient, well mannered and placed the lights were I requested.  I plan to add more lights and will use them again.

They were super nice and responded right on time. They were very professional and prompt. I love my lights and really feel they add to the appearance of my home. When first installed the lights interfered with my garage door opener when they were on so to resolve I just used a remote outlet and would turn them off and then back on once I was in the garage. This worked for me, but unexpectedly Pro-Cut returned to my home a few months later and said they found light bulbs that worked with my door and replaced all the bulbs at no cost to me!

It worked out great. They were very efficient and very prompt. We're totally pleased with them. There were no issues. We added another light to it when they finished the first installation. They came out immediately and put it in. We're very pleased with the work that they did. We're very pleased with the whole operation. We paid $80 for the other light.

Although I didn't feel that the description of what I had purchased through Angie s List was clear that although I was getting $399 worth of work and product, that the minimum purchase would be almost $700, the company worked to make sure that I was satisfied with the outcome of my purchase, or return as it were.

This couple did a very professional job both in making suggestions for using my existing fixtures and maximizing the impact of placement of these and the new fixtures and in installing everything.  They completed the work during the week before Thanksgiving and finished the job just as they promised.  During the installation, an irrigation line was punctured but not noticed because the water had been cut off.  When we discovered the puncture a few days later, they promptly repaired the puncture and, noting that a nearby site was also at risk due to tree root impingement, they fixed that potential problem as well, and all at no extra cost.  I believe they went above what I would have expected especially since it was in the midst of the holiday season.

Cliff and Haley proved to be a reliable, professional team of very committed, versatile, and capable LED landscape lighting installers. Their efforts transformed the illumination of our corner lot front and side yards.  From 14 dim, halogen lights on unreliable analog timers. we now have 50 very efficient, user-friendly LED lights (28 uplight floods and 22 pathway) which very effectively illuminate all our trees, metal art, stone bench, paths and home.  Cliff and Haley adapted the original lighting design plan, incorporating the extensive landscaping changes we made after the initial site survey and before the lighting installation.  Also, at our request, they installed a third transformer (all 3 are digital), allowing us to separately control the pathway lights and uplight floods.  They worked well into the darkness to complete the installation.  Knowing their labor and all parts includes a 5-year guarantee provides us significant peace of mind.  While the total project cost initially seemed expensive, our research has concluded the price was quite reasonable.  We would recommend Pro-Cut to anyone for their landscape lighting needs.

They were very prompt,professional, and courteous. Our existing landscape lighting is not functioning and they were able to diagnose the problem and give an estimate for repair. We have not had the work done yet as we were suddenly hit with some other heavy and unexpected expenses but when we can we will have them back to do the work

My experience turned out fine.  They were very polite and good about the price. They were very clear. They were able to come out quickly after we purchased the deal. There were two people here and it took a few hours in the morning to complete.

Pro-Cut recently installed landscape lighting for the front of our house & we couldn't be happier with the results.  The price quoted was the best in the market, but the service & professionalism was extraordinary.   For example, once the lights were installed, Cliff & Haley came back to our house the next evening & adjusted the lights for the perfect effect.  They were always did what they said they would do & their responsiveness was prompt & professional.  Our house looks great!  We highly recommend using Pro-Cut for your lighting & landscaping needs.
