This is the second time we have use Mister Sparky of Huntsville for our electrical repair needs. What a terrific company to work with. So courteous and professional. We needed to repair an electrical outlet for our pool light. Turns out the cost was more than we had anticipated due to the original outlet installed by the pool company was totally not up to code. As a result, the outlet had shorted out and could have put electricity in the pool. Scary! Matt and his co-worker did a fantastic job, adding new breakers to the pool breaker box and a new 'sealed' outlet box next to the pool deck. I highly recommend Mister Sparky of Huntsville for any and all electrical needs you might have.

I am very pleased with my experience with Mr. Sparky. They are prompt, informative, and really know what they are doing. An extensive estimate was provided before any work was done and all options were explained to me in detail. Every employee I worked with bent over backward to make me happy. I chose this electrician because of their rating on Angie's List. This is another time I felt like Angie's List is the best guide when hiring professionals. Mr. Sparky really lived up to their superior rating.

Total experience from initial call to job completed was great. Holly did a super job of scheduling the appointment and keeping me posted on the techs arrival, and even sent an email confirming appointment with name / photo of tech.They have a very professional operation. On the day of the appointment I received a reminder call from Holly and the tech (Troy) arrived exactly on time and was very clear about explaining the problem and ways to fix it. He was very qualified to do the work. He quoted a price before he started and got my approval. No surprises! and the job was done right! Couldn't be happier, will certainly use again.

These people are dishonest. They would not quote me a minimum charge, which is standard operating practice for service calls. However, when the technician arrived, he told me there would be a $59 service call and he wanted an additional $67 to do the work, for a total of $127 for the job, which would have taken all of ten or fifteen minutes. He didn't mention the coupon savings available from Angie's list and he also didn't mention a senior discount, which the employee I talked to on the telephone indicated would be available. This employee of Mr. Sparky was completely unprofessional. It is false, misleading and deceptive to tell potential customers that they charge by the job and then to find out there is also a minimum service call charge of $59.00. I will never use Mr. Spark for any job because of their basic dishonesty and unprofessionalism.

Wow - this is a super nice company to work with! The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. Since they were not available on the day I requested, she asked if anyone was willing to work on a Saturday and they were! Matt came out and he was really nice and professional. Gave me tips on making my plugs work myself. Gave me instructions on what to pick to replace the lights in the kitchen (very helpful since I had no idea). Ceiling fans look and work great! Very pleasant to be around. Cleaned up nicely.

They called to set up an appointment. We both work and have limited availability. We asked to set up an appointment at 8:00 AM only if we were going to be the first stop. 8:30 came and I called only to find out the tech had to get a different truck as he was having car problems. They then said it would be another 30 minutes before he got there. I understand car problems; however, a simple phone call would have made a world of difference even just to say he was going to be late.

It could not have gone better. They actually were able to come earlier than scheduled, which was a blessing. Our electrician could have not been more polite and professional. This was a very difficult job which lasted several hours. But he did a superb job and cleaned up to perfection when he was done. This is a good, responsive company who keep their word.

The price was presented up front, and was WAY more than I expected. But I wanted to get this done, so I directed the electrician to proceed anyhow. installation went without a hitch; very professional service.

Said it would cost $360 labor just to replace fans and another contractor would come out to run new exhaust to outside for the vents at additional expense. Told technician it wouldn't take but 2 hours to replace them he agreed, so I informed him I wasn't paying them $180 an hour to replace existing exhaust fans. Way overpriced for simple job.

Excellent work, I was extremely satisfied. Nick and Curtis showed up on time and went right to work. I appreciated the fact that they wore protective gear on their shoes to protect my flooring and completely cleanup up after the work was done. Actually these guys went above and beyond what was called for because I accidentally placed the wrong fan in each room and they worked so fast the first fan was up before I realized. They were very patient with me and didn't complain at all. Excellent customer service!!

very well - all work completed in a timely manner and professional service. I used a $175 coupon for 2 light fixture installations from Angie's List and was billed for the 3rd installation (which also included some additional wiring work and a new GFI outlet installation as well as service call cost). 3rd installation cost was $171.
