Northgate Parts

I went down there to buy a light switch. The gentalmen told me what kind of part to buy, and he showed me how to install it my self. I saved $100 just by going to see them. They stand by thier parts.

Their service is great and we have done business with them forever. They come as quickly as they can and come when they say are going to. They are knowledgeable and do excellent work. Their recommendations are always just right on the button and they know what they are doing. We have used them for business and for personal and they do great. Their prices are right in line with everybody else and their products are reliable. I will use them again in the future.

We first contacted Northgate because they were the company handling the warranty work on our A/C unit. Dealing with them has always been a very pleasant experience for our family. We have a medically fragile disabled child in the house and they have gone above and beyond for us, getting out asap when there has been a problem. Even after the warranty expired they still are just as courteous and prompt and helpful.

They were very courteous, dependable and knowledgeable. They did an excellent job and I couldn't have asked for anything better. They were on time; professional and cleaned up very well. I would highly recommend this company.
