They removed and hauled off all the trees, mowed the lawn, cleared out dead leaves by raking, bagging, and hauling them away, and cleaned up all the vines along the side of the house. They also pressure washed the patio and sidewalks, and trimmed back any branches hanging over the home. William will not start charging until the lift is fully secure and he's ready to start cutting. Actually took about an hour to position/reposition to find the best spot. The tree (roughly 50 feet tall) was located between our house and the neighbors (space of about 20 feet apart).
