American Tree Maintenance

I thoroughly enjoy working in my yard but American Tree Service will definitely be the professionals I call when future needs arise.

After walking the property the sales person sent us an estimate and a list of tasks to be performed. We accepted, later noticed one of the trees were not on the list. The day the job started, we mentioned to the sales person about the tree that was not on the estimate. At that time, she said OK, we will get it later. Which never happened.



Several phone calls were made to us from American Tree requesting us to purchase maintenance work. We agreed if they would do the missing work at that time and that was not acceptable to American Tree.



Therefore, we did not agree to any further work.

Professional, easy to work with.  My wife spoke with the Arborist, Jim, and was comfortable and impressed.  Jim explained in detail what he saw with the trees and provided solutions and recommendations.  Took test samples for the pecan, waiting for the results.  Will definintely be workign with this company int he future.

We used American Tree Maintenance twice, at two different houses. Jim came out to see what was needed. I had trees that were planted too close to my townhome, and the roots were in danger of growing under my foundation. I also had 5 trees that were growing in between my fence posts. They removed five trees in the back yard, and removed 3 trees and 3 bushes in the flower beds that the roots were already to the foundation. They painted the stumps to kill them and removed all trees. They worked extremely fast and efficently.
Jim came out to the house my son and I own together and my son told him what he wanted. There were many tall trees that were close enough to the house to cause real damage from a strorm or straight line winds. Jim arranged to have a 3 man crew with a bucket truck to work a certain amount of time. They were able to get all of the trees my son wanted felled with great accuracy. Again they are very knowlegeable and work very fast. You get what you pay for and more.

They followed up on their initial estimate.  Offered suggestions and
worked with my schedule to complete the job.  They were very 
knowledgable and professional.  I will definitely use them for future landscape
needs.

The job went very well!  They worked very hard and very long to make sure the job was completed on time.  They were professional, competent, and courteous.  I've since signed up for a monthly lawn maintenance program and continue to be pleased.  If you ever have a question or concern about something they are very cooperative and will take the time to explain it to you.

We were very impressed with Jim's knowledge when he came out to talk to us about the work we wanted done. We also really appreciated their "6.5 hour day rate". We had a prioritized list and they came out and worked the list until the day was up. They were prompt and professional. They worked steadily and accomplished far more than we had even hoped. Our wooded back yard now looks like a nice shaded park. We will definitely use them again in the future.

One thing I liked is the man is an arborist and he really knows what he's doing. They also do lawn maintenance and I'm considering having them come back and give me an estimate on taking care of all of my shrubs and so forth. He knows everything about every shrub and tree, he can tell you everything they company I'm currently using is doing wrong and how to do it right. He was very impressive.

Highly recommend! Tree was saved by special procedures used. Also, highly recommend their monthly lawn care service. Our lawn has never looked better!

Jim Paramore, owner of American Tree Maintenance, told us a treatment option for the tree. We agreed and the tree now has green leaves and looks wonderful. Absolutely amazing! Highly recommend!

The tech came out to give me an estimate, but because of the size of my trees, he said he could cut them down for $100.00. He cut them all down in less than a half hour.

We really loved the way this company worked around our schedule. My husband was a doctor and I am a lawyer so our schedules could be pretty hectic. One of us wanted to be on site during what we considered a delicate yard operation. They were very good at cleaning up after themselves. We were very pleased.
