They have fixed an air conditioner in my car. Their service is quick, and excellent. The guy is amazing, and does very good work. They get it right the first time. His pricing is very reasonable for the service you receive. They are very knowledgeable with Honda's, and Toyota's. I have been using them off and on for 10-12 years now. They are the best repair shop in the area.

I used them only one time when I wasn't able to get the vehicle to my normal shop. They worked quickly in getting my car up and running again in the same day. I never had an issue with their work or the parts in the year and a half after I replaced the car.

I would have appreciated it if I had received a call asking if I would have liked them to reattach the control panel my son pulled loose trying to repair it himself, but I cannot fault them for not doing so.
(My son had tried to repair it himself, pulling up the panel that had the electric window controls out in order to access the problem.) I didn't specifically ask them to reattach this when repairing the door, and so it was left dangling as it was when I brought it in.

We dealt with them for so many years and it was a positive experience. They do good work and they are well experienced with Honda. They are local and offers a reasonable price. The importance of a dealership is they repair or replace parts of your vehicle.

Wasn't sure what to expect since my car had not had a proper mileage check for 40k miles. Diehl checked systems and fluids and ended up only changing air filter and rotating tires. A less honest mechanic could have told me that I needed major work - or at least more minor stuff. Very professional, reasonably priced and gave me a ride to work.

We've been using Diehl Toyota Honda for car repair and maintenance since 1991. They have always been professional, honest, and provided quality work. They've accurately diagnosed the problems and fixed them. In 20+ years using their services on three different cars, there was only one time I can remember having to take a car back for the same problem, and they apologized and fixed it right on the second try. I've NEVER felt like they were trying to sell me a part or service I didn't need (which I have experienced with local dealerships). I’ve always felt confident in their diagnosis and repair (unlike other car repair places). They may not offer discount coupons or always have a courtesy car available, but I will take an honest, reliable mechanic over those services any day.

Employees were not customer friendly. We were told that they would offer a courtesy ride from their location, but they could not do that because they were shorthanded.
We were charged around $50 for the oil change on a 1997 Toyota Camry, which we consider to be exhorbitant. When questioned, we were told that they do not typically do oil changes.. When we called to make the appointment, no one told us that this was not a normal service.

I had a quote from the Toyota dealership and thought it was out of line. Checked with Diehl and asked if I needed an appointment? He told me to drop it by that day. They did the work for half the price of the dealership estimate and got to the job the same day I called.

Very competent and professional. Scheduled a time in advance, dropped off my car as scheduled, it was ready as promised, the price was slightly under the estimate, the car was clean (they didn't wash it - I didn't expect them to - but they didn't make a mess, either). There was no squeaking or any other indication that the work was not performed properly. I'm very pleased and will definitely use this provider again. Diehl also has different shops that specialize in each make of vehicle, which is probably why they can perform on schedule and budget so well.

The Check Engine light came on in my 2004 Highlander. They checked the codes and found it to be a loose gas cap. Tightened it and sent me on my way - no charge!

They provided outstanding service by spending the time to correctly diagnose the problem and providing the necessary repair. The actual cost came in at less than the original estimate which was a nice surprise. Definitely will use them in the future for all our car reapir needs.

They did a great job, and they used factory parts. The job was performed in just over a day. I had no issues with the work they performed. I had used them previously to replace the air conditioning compressor on my vehicle, and they did a great job with that as well.

Radiator was obviously leaking because it was not holding temp. There was a crack in the seam. I didn't feel like doing it. Took it to Diehl and within 5 minutes he diagnosed it (common problem) and told me the cost. I signed on the dotted line, they repaired it, I picked it up. It drives fine.

The service manager has been there ever since I started using Diehl in 1993. Diehl is honest, competitively priced, has performed high quality work, stands behind their work, and never, NEVER sells you services that you do not need. I can recommend this shop without reservation for anyone needing work on a Toyota. They will evaluate a problem and call with their assessment of what needs to be done and how much it will cost. I have gotten to the point where I don t ever question what they want to do, and just authorize whatever needs to be done when I drop the vehicle off. This is a great company.
