"They are very thorough and are a prime example of professionalism. They weren't all day about getting to me, doing the initial site survey, scheduling and getting the work done. Hunter explained how the company works, was extensive in his survey of the property, and explained in great detail what needed done, showing me an abundance of photos that he took while under the house, as he explained what needed to be done. Also, he explained it in terms that I, not being an engineer or general contractor could understand. There are other things that still need to be done, i.e. drainage update, encapsulation, and mold mitigation. "Ken was very knowledgeable about our problems.  We asked him about several issues; some needed fixing and some did not.  I respect his opinions.  Our major issue was a two story wall that was sagging because it was built between floor joists.  We had an extra joist and supports installed.  The workmen were courtious and effecient.  Our floor feels very stable now.
