"My scheduled appointment with Cameron Goodrich from the Mobile, AL. branch was for 12:00 noon, and before the time of the appointment, I received a phone call from Cameron, who stated that he had finished early on another job in the area and wanted to see if I would like to have him come out sooner. I was very pleased to hear that and I was accommodating. Once Cameron arrived, he introduced himself and we sat down to go over the entire process of what the inspection was going to entail. Cameron was very professional, knowledgeable of the job, and a very polite man. After going over the process, Cameron asked if there were any questions I had for him or concerns I have noticed since the install. I did go over a couple of things that were noticed and I was reassured all would be investigated and corrected within the companys ability (Meaning anything outside of what they can do, wont be able to be done which, makes perfect sense). "This job was for a church that had 12 window panes very high up. David had the equipment to reach high places. The lower 8 window panes had a different tint film applied and you can hardly tell it was done. We are very satisfied with the job done and can't wait for a sunny Sunday morning. I would recommend for any church."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
